Apple finally unveiled the I Pad touch!
MSN on Apple IPad touch
After months of rampant speculation, Apple Wednesday announced a touchscreen tablet computer, the "iPad" for consumers who want to take their movies, TV shows, music, games and reading with them, be it around the house or on the go. Pricing starts at $499, and it should be available in 60 to 90 days.
"We want to kick off 2010 with a truly revolutionary and magical product," CEO Steve Jobs told a packed audience at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco on Wednesday.
The wireless device can be used with Wi-Fi, as well as run on AT&T's 3G, or third-generation, wireless network. AT&T has been the exclusive carrier of the iPhone in the United States since its release in 2007, and some were hoping that Apple's new tablet would also work with other carriers' networks, including Verizon Wireless.

Do I like the Goggle Phone or I Phone?

I currently own the 3G I Phone, and I enjoy the phone, touch pad technology and Data transfer services. However, I do not enjoy the $30.00 fee AT&T charges for the data service every month. It seems, to have a phone plan with caller ID, Voice mail, Text and Data transfer it cost around $130.00/month. In my opinion this is too high for cell phone service. My Electric bill is around $100 - $130 every month and it assist me in having light, cable, cold food, ability to wash clothes, etc... You get my drift! Anyway, this is why I am interested in a phone similar to the I Phone for phone service with a lower cost/month plan. In my findings so far, the Google phone does seem to offer the same features as the I Phone, but much like the I phone only one carrier provides the Google phone now and maybe for the next while (T-Mobile). Where I live TM does not provide well enough coverage to switch, so I guess I am stuck with the I Phone and AT&T high fees, and spotty 3G coverage for a while. For you that are considering switching over to the Google Phone here are a few features for your review located directly below, and I also added a Google Phone and I Phone Specs module to explain the specs further. For you that prefer to watch the video on the comparison and feature of the two please see the video bar to the right.
